The Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of Domino's Pizza on all social platforms. You will drive our social media strategies, engage our audience, and create compelling content that reflects our brand’s image and values. Your mission is to enhance our online presence and build a community of pizza lovers who can’t wait to share their Domino's experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, friendly manner.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities for audience engagement.
- Coordinate social media campaigns that promote product launches, special offers, and brand events.
- Manage a budget for paid social media advertising and analyze performance to maximize ROI.
- Develop relationships with influencers to expand brand reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of analytics and social media metrics, with capabilities in audience growth and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for food and an understanding of the Domino’s brand identity and customer experience.
